Continuing through April 1, Woodland
The much-loved musical “South Pacific” is famous for its extraordinary score, including the songs “Some Enchanted Evening,” “Younger Than Springtime,” Bali Ha’i,” “There Is Nothin’ Like A Dame,” and “A Wonderful Guy.” This wonderful musical is also a deeply felt drama and its portrayal of Americans stationed in an alien culture in wartime is as relevant today as when it first thrilled audiences in 1949.
The Woodland Opera House mounts an impressive presentation of this show, with weekend performances through April 1.
Reserved seats are $25; seniors 62 and older and students cost $23; children 17 and under $12. No refunds. Exchanges on Season Subscription Tickets only.
